Can’t Obtain Transcript
Why am I unable to obtain a transcript?
CUNY has ended the policy of financial holds (Bursar or Collections) preventing the release of student transcripts. Please note that the following holds still need to be resolved before a transcript will be released:
- Financial Aid Exit Interview
- Dean of Students Hold
You can check the “holds” field in your CUNYfirst Student Center to see if you have either of the above holds preventing your transcript requests.
