Summer STEM Waiver
How do I get a summer STEM waiver?
All degree seeking students who apply for STEM classes in the summer have the possibility of receiving a waiver for the tuition depending on the availability of funds at the time of registration. Students who've registered for Summer I by the May 14 deadline have been emailed to notify them regarding receipt of the waiver. May 14th is the deadline for summer session I, June 10th for summer II. Waivers will not be applied until after the last day to drop a course for each summer session. If there are additional funds after, students who registered after the deadline will be reviewed for eligibility, but they'll not be reviewed until after classes begin, so be prepared to pay out of pocket if you register after the deadline! Please be aware that the class you take ahs to apply to your degree in order to be eligible for the waiver.
