What is Non-Filer Confirmation Statement?

2021-2022 Non-Filer Confirmation Statement (No SSN, ITIN or EIN):
You indicated that your Parents (or spouse if independent) did NOT file taxes for 2019 and they do not have a Social Security number, ITIN or EIN Number. Please have them complete and upload the following form: (Remember, your parent if dependent or spouse if married) needs to create a New Account with their own Username and Password to begin the online submission.)

To receive any federal student aid payments for the current school year, your application must be correct, and all documents submitted BEFORE YOUR LAST DAY OF ATTENDANCE.
This process will not be reviewed until April 2021,please allow up to 5-6 weeks for processing from that date, before checking your status on CUNY FIRST.
