Verification Status
What is my Verification Status?
It can take 2-3 weeks to process a Verification. During this processing time, you will still see a Verification notice on your CUNYfirst to-do list.
To make sure that you have successfully submitted a completed Verification form, you can log into your Dynamic Forms dashboard here. A Verification that has been successfully submitted will be listed in the “Form History” section with the date in which it was submitted. If the student instead finds their form in the "Pending/Drafts" section that means that the form is incomplete.
If your Verification is rejected, you and your parent (if a dependent) will receive an email from FAformsconfirm@bmcc.cuny.edu with a message from the staff as to why the form was rejected. A link will be included in the email for the student/parent to re-access the form, make any necessary corrections, sign and resubmit. Note that, with the exception of parent name and email information, no changes/resubmissions can be made until a submitted Verification is rejected.
