Unable to see Courses on Blackboard

The most common reasons that a student would not be able to see a course in Blackboard are the following:

• Student was assigned a "WN" grade > the course will no longer show in Blackboard until a WN reversal form has been completed by the instructor and processed by the Registrar’s Office. Once the WN reversal form is received it takes 1-2 business days to be processed by the Registrar’s Office. Please note it will take up to 48 hours for the course to show back up in Blackboard after WN is requested by the instructor and processed by the Registrar’s Office.

• Student registered less than 2 days ago > In most cases it takes up to 2 days for the course to show in Blackboard after registration in CUNYfirst.

If none of the above apply to the student they should reach out to the E-Learning Department at elearning@bmcc.cuny.edu for assistance.
