What is the Status of my Transcript Request?
Students who requested their transcript online may check the status of the order by entering their order number here: Parchment Transcript Order Status
A transcript request when ordered online is usually processed within 1-2 business days. E-PDF transcripts are usually delivered in 1 business day. Students can view on the Parchment Transcript Order Status page whether the receiver has acknowledged/opened the ePDF transcript email.
Transcripts mailed via postage can take 7-14 days for domestic orders to be received, and 4-6 weeks for international orders. For mailed requests, if the transcript has not been received within 30 days, but it has not been more than 60 days since the order date, students can request a resend for a fee by emailing [email protected]. Students should note if sending to a large institution it can take longer for them to acknowledge receipt, so the delay may not necessarily be due to delivery.
