What is the Status of my Transcript Request?

A transcript request when ordered online is usually processed within 1-2 business days. E-PDF transcripts are usually delivered in 1 business day, and students can view on the Parchment Transcript Order Status page if the receiver has acknowledged/opened the ePDF transcript email.
For mailed transcripts, it can take 7-14 days for domestic orders to be received, and 4-6 weeks for international orders. For mailed requests, if the transcript has not been received within 30 days, but it has not been more than 60 days since the order date, students can request a resend for a fee (currently $2.50) by emailing registrar@bmcc.cuny.edu. Students should note if sending to a large institution it can take longer for them to acknowledge receipt, so the delay is not always due to delivery.
