Book Advance
Am I getting a Book Advance?
Students can view if they have a Book Advance by going to their CUNYFirst Student Center. In the Finances section go to the “other financial…” dropdown menu and select Account Activity. If there is a Book Advance or any other refund, it will show up as "Refund of Financial Aid".
Note that students will not receive a Book Advance if their aid for the semester is not enough to cover their tuition/fee charges.
